Submit Data to Anedya through a Gateway

POST 
/v1/gateway/submitData

The devices acting as a gateway can submit the data to this endpoint for its child nodes. The child nodes need to be registered with the platform prior to data submission. Please note that the parent gateway needs to be present as a node and should be in binded status for this API to work.
